Loose Trim Above Number Plate

Avenesis H/B 2004.

The trim that has the number plate lights is loose on my car. My question is, can I tighten the trim. The reason that I ask is because at the last service I asked Mr T to tighten the nuts but they came back with I can not tighten it, need to replace the trim at a cost of £95.00.

I have tightened the trim but overtime is becomes loose again.

Welcome any advise .

Could you also retighten the trim again, but use loctite 243 - lock n seal on the threads ?

Did this on the inside of my motorbike engine, and nothings shaken loose yet
