Can anyone tell me what Toyota's technical specifications are for the output voltage of the alternator on a 2004 yaris 1.3 litre ?

In answer to your specific question... no... but have you a problem ?

The Battery voltage should rise on starting to around 15volts, maybe even as high as 16 if the alternator is stone cold. As the alternator becomes hot the voltage will fall. It should stabilise at around 14 volts when hot, maybe slightly lower if very hot and should maintain at least 13 volts (or slightly more) when headlights are on and at idle. All these voltages are measured across the Battery.

The variation with temperature is normal and is a function of the integrated voltage regulator built into most alternators.

I would be surprised if the Yaris one were any different.
