Hi,

Bit of a cheeky question on the Toyota forum -

Although I buy genuine Toyota parts for key items like Timing Belts, the price of standard service items is rather prohibitive so I tend to buy things like brake pads,discs and filters from the motor factors who stock good quality brands.

Noticed that Euro Car Parts, who are new to my area, showing an interesting selection of Avensis parts and prices online.

Just wondered if anyone has any experience of the quality of their parts - partic their Pagid brake stuff, which is a new name to me.

I have used Europarts for a number of years and find their products to be better than the average after-market spares although like yourself I tend to use OEM on long term components such as belts, etc. In particular I find their brake and clutch spares to be good all round. :)

Alot of Genuine Toyota brake parts have PAGID stamped into them anyway ;)
