Hi all,

The middle section of my exhaust has cracked (near the back). Looks like I'm gonna have to buy a new cat

The envy sports cat is cheaper than OEM, can someone please tell me how loud it is? Still on original backbox.

Or, does anybody know if there's a repair pipe available or if it's worth maybe getting it welded?

I would just get it welded up. It'll be miles cheaper than a new one! ;)

Ask in any decent garage that do welding to MOT standards, they should be able to do it pretty quickly but it depends where it's cracked, as it might be a bit awkward if it's cracked at the top for example.

Thanks Raeman, I'll give Pipecraft in Basildon a ring in the morning. Anyone know of any other places in central/north Essex that might be able to sort this for me?
