My car will not start if left overnight or a few hours in cold weather though, it sputter starts intermittently while trying to start-up. The throttle will need to be floored to get it to start after turning starter motor almost 4-6 trials, Idles rough while warming-up.

I've changed timing belt, plugs, filled petrol-tank and used bottle of injector cleaner, used diagnostic machine and all known errors cleared. Problem still occurs with no errors registering.

I will appreciate any ideas.

If the starting problem only occurs when cold it may be worth checking out the engine coolant temp sensor/s. If faulty the ECU may think the engine is warm and not allow more fuel in when required during cold starting.:)

Also check the wiring connections to the sensors first.

Could also be as simple as a stuck IAC valve. That's what was wrong with my car. Didn't show any errors, but needed trotle as to not stall when cold. When hot it run ok, except for the idle rpm being too high.
