About 10 days ago the windscreen on my IQ2 was badly fractured. My insurance company ordered a new one directly through Toyota who have been unable to supply one -- & are giving a date of 3 weeks from when I first reported the problem (at the earliest). I wonder if this means that the windscreen is being shipped from Japan? Even given all the grit on the roads & more than expected smashed windscreens, this seems ridiculous.

Have other IQ owners experienced similar problems? And have there been delays on other spares?
