A month ago I ran into the back of an Escort,I didnt think there was much damage till I got out of my car and looked which quite surprised me.So a bloke from my insurance company said that the car had done what it was designed to do which was crumple,the price to repair my 52 reg Rav was £3900 :o :o

I only hit him at about 20mph.

Any way its been a month and I got my car back from the garage after they'd repaired it,last night looking like a new pin,checked it over carefully, left the garage to go home and called in at tesco's for a few bits,Came out and some BxxxxxD had driven into the corner and smashed the plastic bumper on the driver rear corner and then pxxxed off.COULDN'T !Removed! BELIVE IT!!!!! :angry:

but i can see your point,very frustrating indeed, this is why i do my upmost to park in the far corners of 'tesco's car parks well away from anybody else.

so far its kept my 'pride and joy' mint.(to a degree)

apart from all those scratches from branches,and other plants, bushes,hedgerows ,mud that i encounter when im green laning

but hey its a small 4x4,doing what 4x4's do,getting off road n muddy,and its great

wot a nuisance - next time carry a sledge hammer so you can hit the first available empty car.
