Chip For 2kd-ftv

hello i am new here

i have a question about some chips to go with my engine (the 2.5 88kw -120hp and 325nm ),wich is the best one from these i heard of:

steinbauer upgrades to 144hp and 390nm

dimsport the same as the german steinbauer dut little cheaper and available even here in romania

the tte chip with only 136hp and 370nm but the only one not invalidanting the warranty of the car( but i dont know the price for it)this one seems to me the easyest to mount beside the original car ecu not in the engine compartment like the others

and the final question .....is it worth it?? the car is new only 3000km
