The members have put together an interesting User Guide (downloadable) which contains quite a few things that are not explained in the Toyota handbook. Well worth a read.

I wonder why Smart Entry and Smart Start options are not available in the UK ?

Did you try to switch the reverse beeper off as per the guide on the web site? I couldn't get it to work. BTW, did you realise the beep is only inside the car not outside????

Also notice it was a US web site so the MPG would be low. He quotes 45.2mpg which is 56.5mpg in UK gallons.

I worry a bit about this guy when he comes up with comments like:

Once you begin driving a Prius, you'll find long, flat roads with 30 or 35 MPH (48 or 56 km/h) limits to be your favorite place to drive.
