4.3 Xtr Sunroof Seal

Hi Folks,

Whilst giving RAV a good clean and wax today, noticed that the seal around the sunroof glass [outside] seems to be starting to disintegrate. It's the thin edge against the glass and is in two corners and the long rear edge

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed/experienced this

I rarely looked on the last one but used to try and make a point of cleaning it and waxing into the apature to stop the seal from sticking. Its cured on the new one as sunroofs no longer figure in the spec'. Still under warranty? Picture?

I clean the aperture too but this is happening where it lips over the glass. Still under warranty [18 months to go yet!] so will be visiting Mr T tomorrow at some stage. Will update when any developments.

Update:

Visited Mr T at lunchtime, quick check by technician.

'That shouldn't happen Sir, will sort out a warranty replacement'

To be done next Friday. Seal circa £30, no idea of fitting time/cost
