I agree that this new layout takes up WAY too much space, especially with all the stickies...

Maybe those can be put in a collapsible sub-group? And it might also be handy to force

links to open up in a new window or tab. Now they open in the existing window...

As for the colors; I kind of like them. And a Celica above the Aygo-forum isn't bad,

in the previous version of the Logo there was an Aygo-grille, even outside the Aygo-section...

This is a TOYOTA Owners club and a Celica IS a Toyota...

I just thought I'd mention that I open the links by clicking my mouse wheel which causes them to open in new tabs

I can Right-click, CTRL-click or CMND-click to achieve that too,

but on most forums a link is opened in a new window by Default...

How do I de-register, as I won't be coming back here (can't handle this format)?

I'm sure there are others that feel as I do but the powers that be will not be aware of strength of feeling if we stay registered on the forum.

Not stamping my feet or throwing things out of pram, it's just unbearable.

Not sure about everyone else but personally when I go to a forum I'm not looking for a 'pretty' page. What I want is a site that gets as much information onto one screen as possible whilst still being totally useable. There is a reason why things like phpBB look a standard way when you first install them, it's because they work well and do their job. This site has gone too far towards the 'pretty' side and needs to move back towards the 'useability' side again.

scrolling red is like being at a rave....

The new layout isn't as easy to navigate as it used to be, also since they changed the appreance of the forum, nearly every other time i come on ALL topics are showing "new posts". Whether this linked is yet to be seen.
