A/c Problematic Switch

Hello! Does anyone know how to take apart the dashboard (to be more scpecific the panel with the A/C control switches etc). The switch for the air direction control (I don't know how it is really called) doesn't work for the windshield option. Any advise??? Thanks.

Sorry, I was talking about wrong panel in my last answer. I guess I am a bit too tired to answer your question now. The letters is coming in the wrong order when I type right now. Or maybe some one has moved around the keys on the keyboard? I'll try to check the Haynes and answer you tomorrow.
