Tiny Stone Chip In Windscreen

Managed to pick up a tiny stone chip in my Yaris's windscreen It's tiny just like a little stonehcip you'd get on your bonnet. No cracking or 'spidering' or anything like that, just a little indentation about the size of a pinhead but the problem is that it's right in my line of sight. Phoned Autoglass and they say that if it's smaller than the size of a matchstick head then they can't repair it. On the plus side it's so small it's highly unlikely to get any worse. But that doesn't solve the fact I can see it when driving! I know I'd never be able to get rid of it completely but does anyone know of any ways of making it better? At the moment it appears white from the inside due to the way the light is refracting off the chip. Very annoying!
