T3X D4D 2.0 Owners Manual

Hi there I have yesterday purchased an Avensis T3X D4D 2.0 Diesel on a 55 plate, it has FSH, the only down side is there is no owner manual in the glove box, a fully stamped franchised dealer sh but no owner manual. There are features on the car that I do not know or understand, the fuel computer for one and is there cruise control and or sat nav (i dont think there is, but read on the net that someone bought this model with sat nav)if so where are its controls

Is there anywhere that you can recommend I can obtain a owners manual.

And can someone please confirm the service intervals, I was told every 20,000 miles but it seems the book is stamped every 10,000 miles.

I am delighted with my purchase all necessary servicing is done including belt replacements, anything else anyone can help with or advice given will be gratefully received.

Ah yes we got 2 keys one black with immobiliser buttons, one grey without, (emergency key) i presume, is there a immobiliser override button in the car

Sorry for loads of questions, I will contribute to this forum once i become more familiar with the vehicle and help others

The central read out is just onboard fuel computer.

My T3x does not have cruise control or Satnav - this is normal.

Service interval is 10,000

try eBay for manual

cheers, hope this helps

grey key is a valet key.

I would have thought that a Toyota dealer should be able to supply a manual (chargeable of course).

Hi

I have also just bought a newer 56 plate Avensis 2.2l d4d T3X i can confirm that the service interval is every 10k also as you have the 2.0l i think you have timing belt rather than chain that requires replacing every 60k Toyota will be able to supply an owners manual but for a price mine came with the same keys one master key the grey one that will start the car and allow you to drive it and one black key with the buttons for locking unlocking which also arms and disarms the alarm/immobiliser you can get a spare made by Toyota for about £80-90 need one myself last car came with 2 and a master hope this helps
