Discs Minimum Thickness ?

Anyone happen to know the minimum front disc thickness on 2002 rav4 d4d ?.

most discs have the minimum thickness cast into the inside of the bell. This subject comes up quite often so might also find the answer in previous posts - I can't remember what the size is -sorry.

275 dia x 25mm disc - minimum disc thickness = 23mm.

Thanks for the replys guys I did find the information of 25mm original thickness and 23mm minimum refinished thickness (after they have been skimmed) but what is the permisable wear after being skimmed to 23mm ?.
