Hi there guys.

A mate of mine just called me (he has an Aygo Blue 07) and his little brother has just reversed passed his car, catching the rear bumper strip.. its body coloured too.

Just want to know if they're replaceable and easy to change? as it'll be like £150 to sort out otherwise.

Hi Colin,

Those side mouldings do pop out of the bumper if required. Mine was damaged by a idiot on a motorcycle and the bodyshop only took this bit out and replaced it leaving the bumper in tact.

No idea on costs tho as it was done through his insurance.

Cheers for that, the main question was whether it could be changed.. I'm just trying to source one now lol

They can be changed out, but to be honest I would be dragging my brother down to the Toyota dealer by the ear and making him pay for the professionals to fix it.

His grandad is/was a good body specialist, but as he is retired so may not want the job so I was trying to find a cheaper faster way thats all..
