P0125 Trouble Code

I recently replaced all water hoses on my 2000 Tacoma 4WD,4 cyl, California emissions truck. Within a few days I set code P0125 (insufficient coolant temp) and 2 pending codes, P1130 and P1135. Both pending codes are concerned with the #1 O2 sensor. I replaced the ECT (engine coolant temp) switch and reset the "check engine" light. The next time the engine went into closed loop the codes were again set. Engine temp, as indicated by temp gauge, seems to be where it was before the problem and is warming up as rapidly as before. Therefore, I think the thermostat is ok. Does anyone have any ideas?
