Error Code P1346

hihope someone can help on my way home from shops my engine managment came on on gettin home read code, it came up as p1346 i have been having problems with rough idle car cutting out , i tried the maf cleaning and has helped a bit ,but was wondering if this can throw up this code

thanks for that , do you know how much it would cost to get the timing chain tensioner adjusted

You wouldn't adjust the tensioner but have it replaced along with the timing chain if this was necessary.

I don't know the age or mileage of your car but mine is a 52 plate with 0ver 80k on the clock and has no sign of chain wear, also the history of the car might have some bearing on the problem

my car is a w reg 2000 with 79000 on clock just had p01346 come up as error
