Maximum Boost With Standard Internals

whats the maximum boost level i should run on standard internals and standard turbo.? i have walbro fuel pump and greddy fcd with blitz exhaust and induction kit and apexi avcr? on a gt4 st205

1.1 bar is considered the "safe" limit, although any boost increase can reduce engine/turbo life. 1.2 bar can be run if you really wanted to. I would get rid of the FCD though as you can destroy the MAP sensor with one fitted. Fuel cut is around 17.5psi on stock ecu

ditch the FCD as soon as you can mate, the ST205 uses the pressure sensor to control fueling and the FCD is reducing the signal which will result in you running lean and blowing the engine.

1.1 bar for fun times, fueling should be covered upto 1.3 bar at a very dangerous maximum limit with out anything controlling the fuel, i'd only allow boost to reach a max of 1.3 bar if it tailed off quickly down to 1.15ish bar

yep as said 1.1 is safe 1.2-1.3 is ringland damage territory.

i have seen 205's running upto 1.5 bar but it only lasted about a year. there are no guarantees.
