Revs 5000 No Power Auris T-Spirit 2007

Hi

Approaching a major roundabout at about 10 mph and then put my foot onto the accelerator pedal to speed up to go round, the revs went up to 5000 plus but the car would not go any faster. I had to stop in a lay-by to slow the engine down. It only happens now and then.

The garage says there is no problem.

y i think that the clutch to, we had the same probleem on the work

how mutch km do your auris have at the moment ??

I think MMT has normal clutch. It's only controled by electronics, gearbox is similar. So clutch can slip as in manual
