Rear Speakers

I'm looking to put rear Speakers onto the parcel shelf.

I have no idea what to do.

How does the speaker cable connect into the back of the head unit?

Do I need an adapter or anything for the connection at the back of the head?

How long do the speaker wires need to be?

Is it only one wire per speaker?
