I have a 2001 corolla, and the automatic headlights are always on. Is there any way I can go manual? Thanks in advance for any help.

Its a hammer job, then install candles you can light as necessary.

You say they are 'always' on.... are they on even when the light level is good? Say during the middle of the day! If so surely the sensor is defective.

My auto lights can be turned off by simply turning the operating switch one notch either way.... I don't see why your car would be that different

Just a thought.... if you do go down the hammer then the candle route I reckon you should drive slowly as the flames will blow out ;)
