Electrics Diagram For 1996 Crown Royal Sallon

I have recently imported a 1996 Crown Royal Saloon 3.0 litre. The Speedo needle moves at first, but then stays stuck at 50 mph(at all speeds up to about 50, even 10 or 20 mph) until I drive over 50 mph, when more or less normal readings occur. Before I spend money (& gamble) on changing speed sensors, can anyone advise me how to obtain an Electrics diagram ? Thanks, Tim
