hi ya guys im new here so please be gentle lol

right tonight after getting back from the garage i noticed when i pulled up white smoke coming from my celica vvti ?

now is this normal or is this a sighn of problems to come

ive recnently had a full service done also

now when i check the dipstick for the oil level i also noticed its a bit higher ,

not too much above the max just a bit is this alright also and can it damage the engine being a bit higher .

just so you guys are a ware i have a toyota celica vvti (140 bhp)

which is a 02 and has just covered 118 on the clock

any advice will be greatfull

white smoke can be one of two things,

1, when petrol burns water is produced as a waste product, so it could just be steam

2, your burning coolant, just keep an eye on your levels.

how much is a bit higher? these engines are bad for burning oil and the garage might just have put in a little extra to cover anything thats burnt

yes correct +

check with an oil qualuty and colour to prevent emulsion formation in cacse of mixing with coolant !!!
