Iq 1.0 Engine Shaky?

I am from Thailand. I just bought an IQ 1.0 I just wondering, is it normal that the car engine is shaky? I asked the dealer. He said it's normal because of 3 cylinders engine. Is he right? And how to reduce the shaky? Please help! Thank you very much.

If you mean your car goes front and back when you accelerate, brake or change gear... yes it's normal.

You can get it less shaky with tein suspensions or changing a piece in the motor ("volant moteur" in french). If you change it for one that is less heavy, your engine will have less weight and will less move your car front and back during acceleration, brake and changing gears.
