Obd2 Port

Hi I am new to the club, just wondering ..where is the obd2 port on a 2004 Avensis d4d diesel???

How much roughly does it cost to have turbo serviced , my car tends to have a sudden loss of power, not all the time, ok for few weeks then it goes few times then fine ...any other possibilities on the cause ..

The OBD port is under the steering column.

i had a quick look but could not see anything,
