2.2D Electrics Problem With Windows And Mirror?

Hello everyone, I have not long purchased a Toyota Avensis from a private dealer and since getting it home I have noticed that the back windows wont open/close on the drivers switch and the door mirror wont bend closed on the drivers door when pushing the button!

Is there anything I should be looking at before I take it to Mr Toyota?

Sorry mean a company up near blackpool. It used to be a company car for HSBC and has only done 22k, if i'm not mistaken its still under the 3 year warranty until July so I could take it into Toyota but if I can sort it i'd rather do it myself than spend the day without a car!

id be looking at a switch problem first.

sometimes the mirror adjustment needs to be in the center for it to open and close the mirrors.

Thank you to intheno from this forum who after couple visits got the windows and mirror working. Very happy now and at a fraction of the cost Toyota wanted!
