Oil In Holder For Glow Plug!

Hi

I have a 53 plate Avensis D4D 2.0L. I have just changed the glow plugs as the engine management light came on & the code was a glow plug issue. Three out of the four were sooted up but one was sooted & was covered in oil! Is this terminal? Is it expensive? Is it time to getrid?

Any help or advice welcome.

I have had the same problem now and I ahve changed the glow plugs, I would like to know what you did ? I am contemplating between going for repairs or waiting until next time the problem appears.
