Gen7 140 Abs Error Code =(

Hey all, finally managed to diagnose the celica's ABS light and its come back with fault code CO273 OPEN/SHORT CIRCUIT IN ABS MOTOR RELAY CIRCUIT...this means nothing to me but MR T said it be a new ABS actuator that needs replacing to fix the fault...which cost £600 part alone =( u reckon MR T is having me on? cause tbh i really dont know if this is the case to be able to fix the ABS system...if it is true where do u think i be able to buy a cheaper actuator ?? then get it fixed by my local indy...part number is T44050-20110 -

I'd personally have a good inspection of all the asociated wiring going to the ABS motor including plugs etc and hope it isn't actually the unit itself.

Otherwise, I'd be very tempted to get one from a scrap yard.
