Can Anyone Help With An Alloy Wheel Question?

Hi Everyone,

I have a 56 plate 1.3 T3 Yaris and was thinking about getting a set of alloys.

Halfords are doing a deal on a set of Ripspeed Shadow 17" alloys, 4 with tires for £330 online.

The spec is as follows:

* Number of Stud : 4

* Offset: 38

* PCD: 4x100/108

* Rim Size: 17"

* Tyre: 205/40R17

I'd be the first to admit I dont know that much about wheel sizes so can anyone out there confirm if these wheels will fit on my Yaris?

Thanks in advance

What size wheels and tyres do you have fitted at the moment? theres a handy little tool that my friend uses on the vauxhall forum to work out what wheels would be suitable. http://www.astraownersclub.com/tyresize.php

Enter your wheel and tyre size and the size of the new ones and it'll tell you how much size difference there is. you should keep within about 2%.

I have a 56 yaris t3 that was running 185/60/15 ive fitted 205/50/16 and theyre withing 1.5% and they fit fine without rubbing anywhere.

They will fit. The only other consideration is the centre bore - the size of the hole in the middle. It needs to be the correct size for your car. Ususally you need some spigot rings to reduce the bore to fit. The yaris pcd is 4x100.
