My 2001 Tundra with 11k miles has begun misfiring, smoking and running very badly, intermittently. The dealer has no clue. The computer readout says simply "misfire". This has happened 4 times, and I'm losing confidence in the truck and the company. They try but are clueless. The first time they charged me $400 and I am still under warranty. They had the truck 20 days in Dec. alone!

If it was under warranty when it first went in take it back as the work still relates to the initial problem.

If it is a serious problem that Mr T just cannot fix then I believe you would be entitled to a refund sa the Vehicle sold is not fit for its purpose etc, this can only be claimed if Toyota try and fix the problem but cant....

I take it it's a Toyota Garage you bought it from.
