Auto Box Problems

Hi everyone, wondering if someone can give me some advice. My grandad owns an 07 plate tiptronic yaris and is having problems with the auto box. When accelerating hard the box seems to be slipping, it changes gear ok.

your box is in no way an auto box to make it simple its a manual box with two wiper motors attached......

take it to toyota and get them to do a softwear check/relearn(involves making the ecu relearn the clutch count and gear selection etc)
