Hi, Just bought a toyota Surf Hilux SSR Edition and don't have a handbook for it which is very frustrating!!!

Can anyone give details on how to remove the spare tyre from its coupling, Can only find one nut and it doesn't move. On other vehicles, there's a bolt in the boot that you loosen but I can't find anything, Any advice would be gratefully received.
