Help, Intelligent Answer Required

You've probably guessed by my name that I'm a cab driver using my Prius as my cab. Can anyone give me a good intelligent response that I can use in response to a comment that is made to me about ten times a day?

People get in my cab and one of the first things they say is "Oooh a Prius, I've never been in one of these before".

Now what on earth am I expected to say to this? If I'm grumpy I say "oh", which could be considered rude, otherwise my only witty response is "well, you have now". Surely there must be some other witticism I can use as this happens about 10 times a day now and is driving me mad.

The only other solution is to wait it out and sooner or later, they'll all have been in a Prius

Oh I'm sure it is, and I suppose its better than the usual taxi small talk that Peter Kay did a sketch on a few years ago. It doesn't drive me literally mad, but maybe just a little frustrating after the 17th time in a row!

First of all correct their pronunciation from 'pri-us' to 'pree-us' and then bore them with the Latin meaning of the word Prius coming from the words to 'to go before' and how you leant this as a !Removed! at Ripon Grammar School. :)

I'll try and explain how to attach the banner. I'm sure it was more luck than skill that got mine working and yes it does update automatically.

First of all you need a fuelly account, then on that website there is an option called 'fuelly badge' and this gives you the text you need to put in the 'signature' on this website. I'm pretty sure that's how I did it.

Give it a whirl.
