Removing Rear Steel Valance

i want to ,reply to query about removing rear metal valance.i have just done this to-day 02.05.10 .the guy had taken off the side screws, but could not see any other fixings. there is two bolts and two other seperate nuts to remove.the two bolts are on brackets ,on main body horizontaly mounted, when both of the mud flaps and the pop on side fittings have been removed first,then pull the top of the bumper towards you.a 10 mm socket and a 10mm spanner are needed ,i used a small t.bar tool to reach down behind the bumper when they are off just disconect the numerplate plug . the valance will seperate from the bumper easily when on the ground, have a old blanket ready to set the bumper onto, so it will not get damaged ,rebuild is a is the reverse of removal. best wishes colin.
