The workshop manual for the 3SGTE Celica says its set at 11.8, and i'm fairly confident its the same for the MR2. However this is measuring absolute pressure which is slightly different to boost pressure...

That's what I get too. Made a $25 fcd for my Gen II when I had it...worked fine. Supposed to be 18.? on the Gen III but for some unknown reason mine doesn't cut......about 22psi is the most Iv'e seen :)
