Toyota Estima Heater Drain Off Pipe

Hi to all i have a 2.2 diesel lucida emina i have a water leak which i found out was the heater drain off pipe i put it back on its metal clip thinking that would fix it but no now because i presume the pipe is at a gradient the water thats leaking is going back into the car and now i have water leaking from the passenger side door at the edge of the carpet. It completely drains my water container so anytime i need to go somewhere i need to fill it up and cant go very far. Has anyone else had this problem?
