can any one tell me where can i buy something like this

Try to ask your local supplier of Japanese tuning parts. Mine is offering these lights and they're cheaper than if ordered directly from Japan.

The company which is producing the lights is K-Loop. Also Rakuten in Japan is selling them.

In Turkey you can get the lights only from some person/company which is bringing Japanese cars/tuning parts to Turkey from Japan.

Another option: Rakuten can ship the lights for you to Turkey.

Without shipping, to the UK they were about 180 UK pound sterling. Shipping costs were quite a silly price.

The prices are on Rakuten's website. Here is the link with your own currency and Turkey as a shipping destination. The price would be approx. 390 Turkish liras including tax + 230 TRY for shipment to you. Of course you'd probably have to pay the customs fee for the product + the ordinary GST when collecting the lights from customs/post office.
