hi my name is gazz i own a toyota avensis 03 model i had an idea the other day.i have tried this and it works fantastic in my toyota i have a built in cassette player i throught i would never use then came this idea afew years ago ,and ithink you can still get these for about a quid from the pound shops it is a cassette with a cable comeing off it so you could play your portable cd player through your cassette player in your car.the lead as jack on the end of the lead to plug in the cd player this fits perfect in most ipods sounds great and saves you loads of money people want forty quid on eBay for cables so you can connect your ipod to your in car entertainment centre .with this you just press eject and shove in the clove conpartment job done,no more glovebox full of cds ps hope this is usefull to any body .gazz ps go on eBay type in cassette adapter they are £1

Welcome, and thanks for the info.

Most modern cars now have built in iPod connection and those who have older cars either don't care or are willing to get a whole new system (such as myself). :)

I will give it a go with the Prelude though because we have one that I bought years ago lol.
