Resistance/rubbing On Wheel During Sharp Turns?

I have had my Toyota Yaris for a month now, 11 years old, and there is a clicking on the steering when you need to pull the wheel right round (either direction)that sounds much like hitting a coin onto plastic- sharp single clicks, the more you turn, the more clicks. It doesn't affect the steering at all, but what are the possible reasons? Also, on sharp right hand turns (particularly down hill) there is resistance on the front right hand wheel, you can feel it through the steering wheel a little, and makes a noise like the wheel is jamming on something and vibrating/rubbing. Can't see anything obvious and have had my garage take a look, they can't find anything, and have tried swapping tyres around which does nothing. any suggestions? cheers

It may be a warning sign of your wheel bearing going bad or it could be worn bushes or joints.
