Rav4 Gearbox And Diff

Hi, I had the 40,000 mile sevice done on my 2005 Rav d4d last year by my local Toyota main dealer. Recently looking at the old invoice, it does not itemise the oil for the manual gearbox and diff (although it did for every other consumable part) so I assume it was not done. I am now at 50,000 and would like to have a go at this but not sure how best to proceed. Is there a pdf file or photo procedure available on how to do it?
