St185 Exhaust Manifold Swop

Hi all im new to the group and would like to know if fitting an st205 exhaust manifold to my st185

will alter the position of my standard ct26 turbo or will i have to use the ct20 turbo from the 205?

the 205 manifold does not fit on 185 unfortunately

As Fawbs has said, their non-compatible due to the stud patterns being different. The only way you could fit it would be to fit a 205 head.

Either way there's no restriction on which turbo you fit, the only difference is the bottom bracket won't fit, not a big issue as you can have it in place but not bolted on and it will provide the required support

Cheers fellas, i have fitted it to the head no problem (2 extra studs needed) the only problem now is my turbo now sits just over an inch more to the passenger side meaning my coolant pipes wont fit back in place :( any one want to buy a standard 205 manifold lol
