Hi peoples, new to this site as I've only just purchased my Paseo Si.

Need a bit of advice from the off though.

When I bought the vehicle I knew from the off that it would eventually need some new shocks, the seller was quite open with me regarding this. However, after driving it home and taking it over some of the many sleeping policeman in my area it has become a bit noisy from the rear. There is a kind of rubbing grinding noise with whilst accelorating and a squeak as if the brakes are rubbing. Obviously i'm going to get this seen to at the garage, but was hoping that somebody could give me an idea of the problem. Could this be the shock absorbers causing this problem or is it something else?

Your advice would be appreciated.

Forgot to mention, it passed it's MOT in February, and has recently had the brakes done.
