Hey guys, I am new to the forum. I own a 2009 Tacoma Off Road, which I just love. I have been noticing lately, that sometimes when I push the clutch in, there is a bit of a squeak? Is this common and should I take it to the dealer to have it checked?

Could be your clutch slave cylinder, they squeak after so many miles. Get a replacement and you'll be sorted. :)
