97 Rav4 3S-Fe Cam Settings And Crank Tensions

Hi all,

I've been given the job of putting back together a 3S-FE that I did not pull apart.

I am giving it a complete rebuild but I can't seem to find any info on crank and bigend tensions.

Also the head was given a complete rebuild and I now have it back from the shop and need to find some info on where the cams actually line up, I already have found a pic on the setup of the timing belt which would have been easy enough to figure out anyway.

Any help will be much appreciated, this car is a mess, almost everything was removed from the engine bay....including the rack, god knows why, thanks, regards Pete.
