well lads, just wondering where the rear fog lights are on the 2003 facelift t-sport ?

my woman has a face lift vitz and i wanted to install a fog light because SHE wants one, but iam asuming your going to tell me that they are in the bumper arent they ??? :(

Not sure about the facelift model, but the older one has a fog light in the rear bumper, other side of the reverse light i think.

yea well the facelift has 2 red lights in the bumper, on the vitz they are a second set of taillights which look class, but as its a jap has no fog light, iam asuming the these extra taillights are fogs on the tsport ???

i posted up a query i had in relation to the vitz/t-sport and was looking for simple straight answers.

if i wanted a stupid reply from smartass' i would have pm'd you straight away....but i didnt and i dont

so again, can anybody help me out here, 03-05 tsports, where is the rear fog light positioned, thank you

on the vitz the fogs are a second set of tail lights and look **** cool, but there is one of them dirty square fogs stuck on and i want rid of it so was hoping that the fogs may have been in the main cluster :(

oh well, back to the drawing board, thanks again

What you need then is a facelift NON Tsport rear right cluster such as:

the left cluster has a reverse light in, and the right a red fog!

aw i was looking there and it seems to be the same design, i thought the jap/english might be slightly different lense design, but it doesnt seem to be.

so all iam to do is get the right hand tail light OR just get a red bulb and rewire from the wire already ran for the fog light

just to show you how ugly it is.........

Andy, i can understand why you would want to get rid of that square light, suppose you could live with it but i agree with your thinking, the car would look better without it.

Why has it not got a rear fog as standard in the normal place? Does the Japanese market not have rear fog lights on their cars?

no lad, no jap cars have fog lights, they dont have fog in japan, iam not messing, so iam told anyway, just smog :D

the car went to england first and that dirty yolk was put on, and its only dangling there by the wire

so sooner its gone the better, going to go on the hunt for a red bulb, i asume you can get them in red as you can get orange for the indicators

No fog in Japan is just crazy, i never knew that or about the fogs on their cars!

Loads of red bulbs on ebog or Halfords may sell them.
