for any of those who have known me in a previous year, I have 2 of these RAVs - both almost identical. However the other one sheared off some wheel studs last week and is laid up in the garage awaiting new studs to be fitted to the front hub.

the results were good - a 0-60' launch time of 1.95 seconds but the RAV is suffering from a tuning issue and should be running at 13.4 seconds for the 1/4 mile. 14.4 was the best on that day. I'll just need to peddle harder/faster.

I think you are both wrong; the slang word is "pedal" as in "pedal and crank". On the other hand perhaps he meant to say "pedal harder" in the first place?

My postman walks round here to post the banzai magazine. Whether he peddles/pedals/or piddles is neither here nor there after my 5th whisky. By which time I'm not fir for any sort of peiadlin.

Anyway, the topic was me in the Banzai mag so any reference to me is surely ok?

And for whats its worth, there are videos of me in my various RAVs at Crail on Youtube (new topic) which may have come from Banzai day as well as any other Sunday.

Being part Irish (won't say which part) then I do of course know all these things. ah mean... jerking aff at the start of the 1/4 mile is an ultimate pleasure. :wacko: :blink:
