Fuelling And Petrolguage

i recently started having problems when fuelling my 54 plate verso tspirit. The tank will not accept fuel unless its at a trickle and the fuel guage is somewhat erratic for instance when showing the reserve light then ,vv slowly, putting in £10 of fuel it suddenly jumps to 1/4 tank or if on 1/2 and £30 put in only shows 3/4. i know guages arent that accurate but this is beyond that.

any one else with similar problems or ideas for a solution??
