Its news story's like this that make my blood boil http://www.express.co.uk/posts/view/177203/Migrants-stole-our-house-while-we-were-on-holiday-Migrants-stole-our-house-while-we-were-on-holiday-

How is it possible that someone can break into your home damage and steal your possessions , you call the police and they tell you its a civil matter :ffs: , according to this news story this is a growing trend whereby people from the eastern block are coming over here and exploiting loopholes in our very inadequate laws :censor: ( quote )" Mr Ahmed said the squatters warned him that, in their experience, an eviction order would take six months ")

( quote ) " Mr Ahmed family’s ordeal is part of a growing trend. In March, a man returned to his home in Northampton after forgetting his wallet and found Romanians moving in. One police source said: “These gangs know how to exploit loopholes in the law. They stall eviction for as long as possible and then move to another property.

Last night Mr Ahmed said: “I’m glad I have my home back, but I’m angry it took so long. The law must by changed to protect the homeowner. It feels like we’re heading on the slippery slope to anarchy. " )

How can it be that total strangers can just take over your home and render you homeless , everything that you have worked so hard for gone just like that , stolen and trashed , yet in the eyes of British justice its not a crime WTF

One of my shops in a small town which shall be nameless :shutit: was broken into one night.

The Guards = Police caught one of the culprits.

One of the Guards came down later that day to say to my Shop Assistant that they had had him standing in a bucket of cold water for an hour , but he hadn't named names yet :sneaky2:

Efficient :yes: No marks, bruises or cuts :angel_not: Our lads know how to do things :lol2:

In the last few houses I have lived in access to services such as gas, electric and water can be made externally, i.e. you can turn them all off from outside the property. You could probably also phone the gas board and tell them you smell a leak from inside the property and they have to be given access to the house. You could also report to the police (or ask the neighbours to report) that you believe there is terrorist/drug activity occurring at your address. There are probably other legal methods you could use to gain access but those seem like a good place to start.

If someone was in my house without an invitation they would need a gun to stop me from throwing them out.... the old fashioned English marshal art of the cricket batting generally has the desired effect :bash::bangin::chair:

Just in case you have notice something.... I did mean to spell 'marshal' that way ^_^
