New Aygo Driver

Hello from Spain.

I'm a new Aygo Blue driver since a month ago. I 'downgraded' from a 1996 Honda Civic 5 doors (Rover 450/45 cousin), 1.5 VTEC-E engine, wich I really miss. It did an average 6,5l/100km (about 40/45mpg). But it get too old, had no airbags, and Spain's sun destroyed all plastic and rubber parts. Engine was running like first day (I love Honda gas engines...)

The Aygo is smaller (well, really small), simpler, not so comfortable than my previous ride, but it is brand new (I like the smell of new cars in the morning...), light, and cheap to run. And better of all, I can park it on our private parking, along with my wife's Auris. These are the benefits of being a very small car. The Civic had to sleep on the street.

I'm doing now 6l/100km (about 47mpg) but I must go better on this. I ordered a Scangauge to measure instant fuel consumption and learn how to drive the Aygo. I am still used to my old Civic engine.

I bought a passenger door's light switch (not yet installed), and put Fox FX1 14x5,5 alloy wheels.
